Healthy eating can’t taste good at the same time right? It takes hours to create food that is healthy for you and taste good right? Those are two of the biggest myths that I hear all of the time. Don’t worry, I once thought the same thing and I guess that is why it took me more than two years to put action behind starting my weight loss and healthy eating journey. If you are like I was than you thought WRONG!!!! In the past few years I’ve learned that clean eating is what you make it. Using my awesome meal plan I’ve been able to create or follow a food list of foods that are perfect for the goals that I have for my body. These are just SOME of my favorite foods that have helped me to lose over 45 lbs and get rid of the nagging migraines I use to have every week!!! I bet you didn’t think it was possible…. Well neither did I. I’ve never been more wrong in my life.
